I chose this picture in honor of a philanthropy event I recently participated in called 'Watermelon Bust.' Lambda Chi (a fraternity) hosted all of the sororities for a day of music, watermelons, and fun. We participated in can drive and played in a variety of games (like tug of war, sand volleyball, watermelon eating and a watermelon relay on a baby-oiled slip-n-slide), everyone cheering on their sisters. There was photo-snapping, music playing, and traffic-stopping amounts of people on the yard. There was watermelons everywhere! It was an amazingly good time. This picture just felt so fitting for the current events going on in my life.

Also, may I officially say, goodbye summer. Watermelons are about to be replaced by pumpkins! eep!
