Today starts a new feature on the Dearie Lovie blog called 'Student Style!' Each week I'll be showing you something I'd wear as a University student. Being a college student means my budget and closet space is fairly limited. It'll be a lot of remixing my wardrobe and reusing parts of my wardrobe for a fresh new look! I'm so excited to go on this semester long adventure with you all!

I've been wanting to start 'Student Style' for awhile now, but just haven't found the motivation. As part of my 2012 resolutions, I wanted to gain confidence and really attempt to put more time and effort into both my personal appearance and my blog! I've worn this outfit a time or two and it's really simple. I'm wearing: Black Skinny Jeans + Floral Blouse + Lacy Camisole + Studded Black Belt + Black Bow Headband. My bow headband has been one of my favorite things to wear and I scored those jeans on sale during summer! Some of my best winter buys are during the summer! I wear those jeans all the time! A basic black skinny will never go out of style!

Also, I'll be taking part in Moorea Seal's red lipstick challenge! It's all about gaining confidence and is something really great that I'm truly excited to be a part of! I photographed myself wearing a pinkish red lip today! Yay for baby steps!
