Watching: Still enjoying Sunday night True Blood and Monday night Teen Wolf. However, I think I'm going to start watching Orange is the New Black on Netflix. Everyone I've heard talking about it/reviewing it has said nothing but good things! Have you watched it?
Listening To: Sweater Weather by The Neighbourhood, Next Year by Two Door Cinema Club, and Harlem by New Politics (the last three songs I added to my music library this week).
Eating: I've been trying so hard to balance out my eating and find a new routine for myself. This week I've been trying to eat more frequently (5 or 6) small meals a day. It's certainly been an adjustment, and some days are better than others, but I find that my energy levels are much more consistent throughout the day if I do this, which is a plus! This week a normal day looks like this:
Breakfast - Special K with almond milk
Snacks (throughout the day) - fruit, whole grain bread with peanut butter, greek yogurt, or sugar free oatmeal
Lunch - spinach/feta/bacon bit salad with dressing
Dinner - turkey, cheese, light mayo, on thin buns with a serving of wheat thins and garlic hummus

Thinking About: how close college is (22 days), how excited I am to be watching a friend's puppy - her name is Ellie and she is such a sweetie, new habits, working out daily, making plans, taking lots of pictures, ways to maximize my tan, how awesome made beds are, pretty new bedding, about how to put my best face forward in social media, applying for internships, making lots of lists, how fast this summer has truly flown by.
