Happy Friday dearies and lovies alike! Today I have a special treat for you in the form of my first guest poster here at DL (excuse me while I freak out in a good way!). Her name is Jess and I literally could not think of a better person to do it. She has the sweetest outlook on life and I love reading her blog daily over at Jess Loves This Life (so be sure to check it out if you're looking for someone new and amazing to follow). Today, we're swapping blogs to share a little insight into our daily lives. So while she's posting here, you can catch my day + my cool ramblings over on her blog right now. Hey Dearie Lovie readers!
My name is Jess and I blog over at Jess Loves This Life! Today I'll be taking you on a day long adventure! What I do in a day will always vary quite a bit. I work with school aged children with autism, and I'm also in school, so my schedule is different just about every week. I reserve Tuesdays for hanging out with my pup Duke and my fiance Andrew. I also use Tuesdays for blogging and catching up on school work...but I ALSO use Tuesdays for fun things! This particular Tuesday was a big hooplah of activities...let's GO!

This is Duke, my baby love. Tuesday mornings are spent snugging him. It's basically the best ever!


After a million puppy licks and snugs, Andy and I make a quick breakfast. Usually I have Greek yogurt and some fruit. That meal will never, ever let you down.


I usually use Tuesday mornings as my DIY blogging days. I made a few crafts for a dinner I was having for my girlfriends to ask them to be my bridesmaids! The picture frame was painted with chalkboard paint and I added a photo of Andy and myself and in chalk I wrote our wedding hash tag so my guests could Instagram any photos they took. This didn't really warrant a post, but the bottom glittery cups sure did, and you can check that out HERE! After a little more DIY-ing and writing...we headed to the happiest place on Earth for lunch!


Andy and I bonded over our love for Disney the very first time we met 4 years ago. On our first date, we watched Disneys' movie Tangled. We also watched Tangled the night we got engaged (read all about that HERE!) we LOVE Disneyland! We live about 10 minutes away, so whenever we have some down time or a day off, we visit the park!


After a few hours of Disney fun, we picked Duke up and took him to the local doggy beach. It's his favorite place, and I love watching him run around and get sand on his little nose!


We usually end our days with dinner in front of the TV, binge watching Netflix until we're too tired to function (married life...before marriage)! Duke likes to play games with us...sometimes he'll sleep with Andy, sometimes with me. He's kind of the king of the world. On this particular night he decided to snug Andy and then jumped on my bed last minute to sleep with me. SIKE he said! (I assume)
